Description: In 1978 this was Pioneer's top of the line receiver, as a matter of fact one of the highest quality vintage receivers still today. Besides, finest cratmentship, quality components, a rich array of features and great sound, this unit offers a large reserve of outptut power and is an excellent unit for loud listening. Examining the fetures among many we find: 2 x 85 W RMS inot 4 Ohms, sufficient input capacity, a 4 section tuning capcitor, and all in all - a great piece of quality gear! This unit was serviced and is in great shape to perform for years to come!

Condition: Electronically: recently completely reworked (see below!), Physical condition: Excellent to near mint. There are no visible sctaches except for a slight scrape at the top and wood panel and a couple of really minot dings that can be only detected if specifically searchign for them. The unit in verry clean and in astonishing condition. Overall physical condition 9+ /10. Work performed to present this receibver in fully workign and reliably working condition with considerations for future reliability: Cleaned and deoxydized every sinle switch and xopntrol in the whole unit, resolderd points with special silver bearing solder that could possibly caused potential problems in the future, deoxydized and lubricated the tunign capacitor and realigned the tuner, burnished and deoxydized th econtacts of th eoutput switchign relay, Physical cleaning and detailling. The lamps in this unit appear in great condition and probalby wre replaced not too long ago. The FM tuner appears to be slightly higher in noise in th elower range than what specified, but receives stations reliably and well.

At the price of $320 in 1977, which was almost 2 month rent, this unit integrates style with quality. This unit was completley reworked - it is in great working condition.

Description: Kenwood is a name for quality. This pre amplifier is no exception and it is the perfect tool if wishing to integrate a turntable with moving coil or moving magnet phono cartridge into an system includign to transfer vynyl to a computer soudn card - or even in a recording studio set-up (!). The C1 is a great simple featured stereo pre-amplifier: In a nutshell this unit provides 5 stereo inputs, where 2 of the 5 inputs are tape inputs that allow dubbung and the phono stage allows either to connect moving coil or moving magnet cartridge connection - the type of cartridge can be switched at the front panel Varialbe loudness conntrol separate from th evolume control.

Description: The Scott LK-110 "FM Wideband MPX Stereo Tuner" is to my knowledge the same circuit and layout as used in the famous 350-C tuner. It is one of the finest stereophonic vacumtube FM tuners available from the aera of tube Hi-Fi. This unit was made in 1962 and is in excellent condition with a few shortcommings: Shipping damge created a tiny dent on the right side in the face plate, and the unit shows redue of dirt that has settled in the chassis. The face plate of this unit is verry clean without any corrosion. It shows only minor signs of use - can e-mail larger pircutres! This unit sounds great and receives even difficult to tune stations well. All Vacuum tube sockets, switches, controls and the tuning capacitor have been completley reworked to insure dependable operation.

Features: Outputs: 2 Pairs of outputs: tape and line out with level control potentiometers fo reach chanel; fron panel 1/4" stereo "tape output. Functions: Sonic Monitor: Monitor / Listen (this allows fien tuning - it outputs a clibration tone that gets changed with multipath distortions - a great tuning instrument!; Selector: OFF/ MONO / STEREO / SUB CHANEL FILTER; Stereo Noise Filter: In / Out; AGC (Automatic Gain Contol): Multiplex / Monol; Signal strength tuning meter, dial scale and tuning meter illumintion,



Condition: Electronically excellent: recently reworked, (All Vacuum tube sockets, switches, controls and the tuning capacitor have been completley reworked). Physical condition: Excellent (Extremely few fine scratches that can't be seen from a foot away. Face Plate and knobs in verrry clean, ecept for one about 1/4" dent on the right side in the face plate - hard to find a unit in that great condition otherwise, Tubes are old stock american made most of the same brand and appear to not been used very much.

Computer Direct - Line Digital Tuner: Basically a high quality tuner that makes rario listening for FM and AM convenient. This unit provides 8 station memoery locations for FM and 8 for AM (16 total). specifications: IHF usable sensitivity (FM): 2 uV (mono) 4 uV stereo; Image rejection ratio: -78 db.

Condition: The unit is in excellent working condition. (Rework included resoldering). The face plate of this tuner has discoloration (sun exposure?) as shown in the picture (much less visible under normal light conditions - a sdark component hard to photograph.).
